In 1990 Xenia received her Master degree in „Ngo Cho Kun“ – „Five Ancestor Fist“ Kung Fu from her grandmaster Lo Siauw Gok in Jakarta, Indonesia.
She has enhanced her Martial Arts experience through her 10 years of teaching in her own school and through intensive training abroad.
At national and international tournaments Xenia has taken 1st place in full contact fighting and form. Her martial arts practice has deepened since she began Taji and Qigong in 1994.
2003 she received her certification as an instructor of the WCTAG (World Chen Xiaowang Tai Ji Association Germany) which is the German branch of the World Chen Xiaowang Tai Ji Association (WCTA), the largest Taiji organization of the world. Xenia is regularly taking part in seminars and special training for instructors with Grandmaster Chen Xiaowang and Master Jan Silberstorff (head instructor of education of WCTAG).
Her present focus is on Taijiquan and Qigong.
In addition to being a Taijiquan and Qigong teacher Xenia is a professional instructor for back gymnastics and Pilates, in group training and private classes.
She is a personal fitness trainer and a nutritional counselor.
Xenia is a lecturer in selfdefense at Landessportbund (national head organization for education of sports teachers and german sports clubs). She gives special selfdefense seminars in many Martial Art clubs.
